With performances by Katie Melua, the Orchestra plus our Beach Party and Motown nights, hospitality at RAJF 2010 promises to be better than ever.

A choice of hospitality options
Take a closer look at the details of RAJF hospitality and see why customers book year after year: a fine buffet dinner prepared and served by professional caterers; a private bar stocked with wines, bottled beers, soft drinks and your choice of real ale, enabling you as customer to maintain control of the amount you spend.
We charge on a price per head basis. This price is inclusive. The only extras are drinks which are charged at the same prices as in our public bars.
We take bookings for parties of between 10 and 400 hopitality guests.

So how does it work and which package is suitable for you?
Easy entry to Chichester RAJF
Each evening begins at 7pm but don’t worry, you and your guests can arrive at any time as your tables and space are reserved. You can of course walk straight into the festival without joining the main queue via the special hospitality entrance tent. The event ends at 11pm.
Numbers of hospitality guests
The hospitality area is designed to be flexible. If you are a party of 50 people or more you have the luxury of dedicated space and bar. Those wishing to entertain smaller groups can take one or more hospitality tables, seating 8 to 10 people, in a shared hospitality area.
Dinner
A buffet dinner is served when you are ready, usually around 8.30pm. You will be served at the buffet by professional staff.
Cost of hospitality at RAJF
Chichester RAJF offers one of the best value hospitality packages in the Chichester area, with prices starting at just £80 per person (negotiable for large groups). This price is all inclusive except for drinks which are charged as consumed at prices in line with the main bar prices.
A deposit is required to reserve your booking.
