Chichester RAJF is an excellent place to entertain your customers, staff or other corporate guests.
Since its inception in 1980, the event and the performers over the years have entertained over a hundred thousand people.
Based in Priory Park in the centre of the historical Cathedral City of Chichester, the Festival’s special relaxed intimate atmosphere makes
it a good place to do business and spend quality time with your valued guests.
Here at RAJF we have a range of hospitality packages to suit your needs, and provide you and your guests with a memorable evening.

Take a closer look at the details of RAJF hospitality and see why customers book year after year. Options include a fine buffet dinner prepared and served by professional caterers and a private bar stocked with wines, bottled beers, soft drinks and, as you can imagine, a choice of real ales.
Our packages enable you as customer to maintain control of the amount you spend. We charge on a price per head basis,
which is an inclusive price. The only extras are drinks which are charged at the same prices as in our public bars.
We take bookings for parties of between 8 and 300 hospitality guests.

The Experience
How it works and which package is suitable for you.
Timing and entry
Bypass the crowds and arrive at anytime through your dedicated entrance, safe in the knowledge that your tables await you in a prime location directly facing the stage, so you don’t miss a minute of the acts! You’ll enjoy the VIP experience all the way up to the event closing at 11, no groupies included!
Numbers
The hospitality area is designed to be flexible. Those wanting to entertain groups of 8-16 can enjoy the intimacy of a table in the shared hospitality area, or if you are a party of 50 people or more you have the luxury of a dedicated space and bar all within the main tent, allowing you to really soak up the events unique atmosphere.
Food
Food is served when you are ready, usually around 8.30pm. You will be served at the buffet by professional staff.

Chichester RAJF offers one of the best value hospitality packages in the Chichester area, with prices starting from just £45 per person.
Champagne Buffet; treat yourself and your guests to the top of the range menu with canapés and champagne to start, followed by a mouth-watering selection of main courses, to finish a selection of desserts and then cheese board (warning don’t eat at lunchtime!) See the Champagne Buffet menu
Festival Buffet; a RAJF hospitality favourite, the Festival Buffet main courses include a sea food selection, Funtington pork roast and West Dean apple sauce, and a cold Meat Feast. Followed by a selection of desserts. See the Festival Buffet menu
Paella or Pie Buffet; a new menu to the festival this year is a hot chicken and seafood Paella. Or to soak up some beer how about trying our selection of hand raised pies? A minimum of 30 guests is required for these options. See the Paella or Pie Buffet menu
